Sponsor is officially considered as part for the exhibition and will take benefit of the following services:
Printed Materials:
The sponsor shall have the right to attach his name and logo to the following services:
- (Posters - Brochures - Flyers).
- Publications distributed to Qatar State embassies abroad
- Publications distributed through the Chamber of Commerce and express mail.
- Publications distributed through the offices of foreign aviation
- Publications distributed through the offices of authorized agents to market the exhibition
- Notebooks
- Certificates for the participants in the Exhibition and Conference
Advertising:
Citation for the sponsor in the following newspapers:
- Internet advertisements (Exhibition Website)
- Inauguration advertisements (Opening Ceremony)
- Marketing advertisements (Newspapers + Magazines) in the exhibition center entrance
Exhibition catalog:
- 1 Colored advertisement page inside cover (exhibition catalog)
- 2 pages including the sponsor’s profile
- Exhibition Souvenirs including the sponsor’s logo
Outdoor advertising:
- 3 signboards outside the Exhibition Center
- 3 signboards of the sponsor’s logo inside the Exhibition Centre
- 30 flag advertising of the sponsor’s logo outside the Exhibition Centre
- Sponsor’s logo on the background of the lecturer in the conference press
- Sponsorship contract shall be signed during the press conference
- Sponsor shall have an adequate area to exhibit its services inside the exhibition center
- 10 seats reserved to the sponsor participants in the conference
- Honoring the sponsor at the closing ceremony by the organizing committee
- Covering of the sponsor's participation in Arabic and English daily newsletters
- A lunch buffet on the honor of the sponsor for the exhibitors and VIPS visitors
