Sponsor is officially considered as part for the exhibition and will take benefit of the following services:

Printed Materials:
The sponsor shall have the right to attach his name and logo to the following services:

• (Poster - Brochure - folded).
• Publications distributed to Qatar State embassies abroad
• Publications distributed through the Chamber of Commerce and express mail.
• Publications distributed through the offices of foreign aviation.
• Publications distributed through the offices of authorized agents to market the exhibition.
• Notebook
• Certificates for the participants in the Exhibition and Conference

Advertising:

Citation for the sponsor in the following newspapers:

• Local and foreign newspaper advertising:

- Al Jazeera television advertising
- Al-Sharq newspaper
- The Peninsula newspaper

• Internet advertisements (Exhibition Website)
• Inauguration advertisements (Opening Ceremony)

Exhibition catalog:

• 1 Colored advertisement page inside cover (exhibition catalog)
• 1 pages including the sponsor's profile
• Exhibition Souvenirs including the sponsor's logo

Outdoor advertising:

• 2 signboards outside the Exhibition Center 
• 1 signboard of the sponsor’s logo inside the Exhibition Centre
• Sponsor’s logo on the background of the lecturer in the conference with others sponsors

• Sponsorship contract shall be signed during the press conference
• Souvenirs with the name and the sponsor’s logo distributed in the exhibition with other sponsors

• Sponsor shall have an adequate area to exhibit its services inside the exhibition center 
• 5 seats reserved to the sponsor’s participants in the conference

• Honoring the sponsor at the closing ceremony by the organizing committee
• Covering the sponsor's participation in Arabic and English daily newsletters

   Gold Sponsorship amount shall contribute USD 150, 000 for the above mentioned services
